This idea, formed in 2007, was to operate as a venture assitance service, which was done for some years before a hiatus. However, it is currently in an acquisition process aiming to refocus on fractional CFO consulting afterward under a new name

When operating as a fractional CFO firm, the work will focus on facilitating investments, turning around companies and serving as interim management

We facilitate investments often into privately-held companies. Sometimes this involves working closely with a strategic or financial investor to execute investment plans

We also work with small and growing companies that want to raise capital from institutional investors

Turnaround Management

We support executive management teams and boards of directors to execute turnaround programs of their enterprises

Restructuring

We work with firms in liquidation proceedings to find creative solutions to finance working capital and strategic expansions

Interim Management

We provide interim management support for specific executive roles, and sometimes for entire functional areas

Joint Ventures

We occasionally form joint ventures with companies, which can involve serving as the lead operator, or one of the strategic partners
